Q1: How long before I receive my item? 
A: Because most of items are shipped from overseas via Ocean Freight, it can take up to 6 weeks before the item reaches your local port. Smaller, lighter items under 20 lbs, are shipped via air freight and can reach a lot faster. All batteries, no matter the weight or quantity, are shipped ocean freight.

Q2: Why do I have to wait so long?
A:  To be able to offer you the best prices, our items come from overseas. However, if you wish to receive your items in a more timely manner, we can offer you different prices for the item from our US supplier. The cost on the same item would be higher, but you would receive it in 2 weeks or less. Feel free to contact us for a quote on any item from our US suppliers. The sooner you place your order, the sooner it is shipped to you.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wire Transfers, Certified Checks, Bitcoins, and PayPal (Friends & Family Only on orders under $1,000).

Q4: Does my payment include shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost will be added to your invoice, but is not included in the cost of your item.

Q5: What about Customs and Import Taxes in my country?
A: You are responsible for all customs, duties and import taxes applied to your items once they have reached your country.

Q6: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to countries in North, Central and South America. The Bahamas and The Caribbean.

Q7: What is your Warranty Policy?
A: We offer manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product.
