Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at solarpowersystem (SPS).
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Please check your product(s) immediately upon receipt. If you feel that you need to return an item, please contact us first at our contact page for our return address. Returns will only be accepted on items that have manufacturers’ defect, that has shipping damages, or if it is not what you ordered. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals etc. Your item needs to have the original receipt as proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on the items we sell costing over $500. However, we will exchange an item, or part of an item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
